TASH
Natasha Rabe is on a mission to help make exercise and good nutrition less intimidating and more accessible for every Body ‘MBrace member.
She’s has spent more than a decade pouring over health research to learn more about how our body reacts to food and exercise and has even put the latest research to the test with her own body, taking part in a weight loss trial at UWA.
Natasha is all about keeping it real and is an advocate for the positive mental health benefits that can be delivered from exercise and healthy eating.
She has a proven track record of helping clients drop fat, gain muscle and feel fabulous.
